king deadlifts - 60, 2 x 8
pullups - 17.5, 2 x 5....15 + miniband, 1 x 5
palloff press - mini band, 2 x 12 with 5 sec iso at the end
rc stuff with bands and bodyblade.
king deads are pretty damn fun....been about a year since i free squatted...i liked it. all below parallel.
