DE Bench Day

Lockout/ heavy tri work was real strong today, did some triples then doubles.Finished with 4 brd CG then moved to speedy bench for 8 sets alternating full rom and 2 brd again.Finished with lats and tris for a couple high rep sets, yowsers reps are tough!

DE Bench Day 29/8/09

3 Board Med Grip
1x3 90kg
1x3 100kg
1x3 105kg
2x2 107.5kg

4 Board CG
1x5 95.5kg
1x4 92.5kg smoked after!

Speedy Bench
4x3 60kg too slow
4x3 50kg

Barbell Rows WORTHLESS EXERCISE IMO
3x6 50-70kg

Kroc Row
1x20 30kg

JM press
1x5 30kg
1x5 32.5kg
1x3 37.5kg yikes too ambitous!!
1x16 20kg
