I wanted to DL 400lbs before my 30th birthday which was last febuary which I did, I managed 185k (408lbs) x5 just before my 30th
Now before my 31st my goals are
DL 227k, 500lbs
Squat 182k, 400lbs
Bench 100k, 220lbs
They can be for reps or singles I dont mind
the main thing is that
I WILL move these poundages before my 31st
