ME Squat Day

Couldnt make up my mind on what to do today, ended up going with pin squats again, nailed a PR so thats cool.Did zerchers next got to 95kg on the bar and it slipped out my arms on the 3rd rep baaah fuck it I quit there as they were feeling like shit.Did bastard planks next and finished with cable woodchops and uni SLDLs.

ME Squat Day 7/9/09

Pin Squat
1x1 110kg
1x1 125kg
1x1 135kg (PR)
1xM 140kg

Zercher Squat CS
1x5 40kg
1x5 60kg
1x3 80kg
1x2 95kg

Bastard Planks
3x25secs BW+20kg

Yellow Band Wood Chops
3x10

Uni SLDLs
2x10 40kg

Gonna swith zerchers for close stance GMs next week I think, might change ab work too.
