ME Bench Day

Hit a decent triple today, although I was having trouble hitting a good groove it still turned out to be a good workout.Some strong push pressing followed then finished with tris and cablerows.

ME Bench Day 9/9/09

Bench 1x3 97.5kg (PR)
1x2 100kg

Push Press
2x4 50kg
1x1 56kg
1x12+5 RP 35kg

Dumbell Tri Ext
4x7 15kg
1x6 15kg

Cable Rows
5 or 6 sets from 92kg Up To 112kg
