not really. i don't do it all the time, but i work it in enough that my body's accustomed to it. i'm gonna hope it's the nutrient deficiency - it makes sense, it's just never happened before when i cut weight. i did a light cycling workout (not new either) to work out some of the lactic acid, today. hopefully that and some dynamic stretching afterward will relieve some of it (along with, y'know, eating again).
