Weight today was 152.0. I weighed in at 147 on the 9th, it doesn't seem right that I've gained 5 pounds in the past 2 weeks but who knows. Macros are all in check. I'll keep an eye on it.
Squat: 125 up 10
Bench: 135 up 5
Deadlift: 210 up 10
Dips: 30 up 2.5
Abs: 20
