Alright, try this. Vinegar. Take a bowl/cooking pan - more long than deep, the greater surface area the better. Put a cup or three of vinegar in pan. Let it sit overnight or when you are not driving. It should start to pull up some smell.

Febreese does work, all it is is cornstarch. A better option, throw cornstarch all over the car. and vacum the hell out of it. use a sho vac or something strong, if cornstarch gets wet in carpet, its not fun.

Find the cause of the smell.
Apply bacteria/enzyme digester to the affected area with a sponge or rag. This product kills odors by destroying bacteria.

If its not gone.... bring it to a detailer. They have met smelly cars before.
