ME Squat Day DELOAD

Front squatted today, yep you read that right, I front squatted, boy do I suck at front squats.Missed 111kg again, same weight I had to dump last time I front squatted.Actually pissed me off, I'll try to use front squats a little more often, probs for assistence and eventually for ME work once I get better at them.Did dragon flags after and that was all.

ME Squat Day 6/10/09

Front Squat
1x1 90kg
1x1 100kg
1xM 111kg

Dragon Flags
2x8 BW+1.25kg

I realised where I was going wrong with Flags in the past and have fixed my form up.I had to drop weight off them but my abs etc have never been worked this hard, after 8 reps super strict I can barely breathe!!
