pushups: +45, 2 x 10
chin up iso's: 3 x 15 sec.
chinups: 1 x 11
i was tired as shit today. no idea why. could have taken a nap at any time during this workout
think i'll move the chinup iso's to monday...with some bw chins...leave weighted chins on friday...and rows on wednesday. ready for deload next week.
