Cee Pro test
I'll put this here till we have a testing section.
Today was my first dose of blue rhino, obviously there isnt gonna be much to report for the first day. I dosed at 10am before my total depletion workout on an empty stomach, along with 3 caps of amp, and 3 tabs (sample) of 1-no, one hour prior to workout. its important to note that i'm just now feeling better after my sinus infection, but it did contribute to the two times i threw up durring my workout.
stats as of this morning, 217lbs, bf% unknown (i'm pretty much just going by the mirror).
Strength is inconsequencial at this point, being that this was a depletion workout, and the next week or so will mostly be me gaing back what i had before i got sick. After that we will see. I will post my training and wieghts after each heavey workout.
here are the other supps i'm taking
20g Bcaa's per day
3g Citruline Malate
2g Alcar
2g Piracetam
4g CEE (will be using cee pro when I get it)
12g fish oil
6 caps GHV
2 caps Blue rhino (replacing 4 caps FUZE)
amp on lifting days 45 min prior to w/o
