I'm coming up on the end of my lipo 6 black bottle and I'm wondering what would be a good route to go next. I am very pleased with the results I have gotten, but I need to take a 4 week break from it according to the directions on the bottle. I was thinking of going back to the CLA I was using before i started taking lipo.

Is that safe to do? I figured it was because its just a fatty acid but I wanted to make sure first. Or should I go a different route?
