DE Squat Day

Free squatted against the blue bands today, went ok, really starting to get used to free squats again,these were looking pretty good,I did 6 or 8 sets of doubles and moved to GMs, no way was body having GMs so i did abs and then hypers and finished.A tough day, I hadnt eaten fuck all and was feeling the heat too.
