Mesocycle 14 - Week 3
Deadlift Day
Beginning Thoughts:
I have had a hellish school week....And it's not even over....not for another week. Workout:
Deadlifts:
415 lbs x 5 reps
This is a back-off week in general...
Weird Ab Exercise:
I got a whole bunch of sets with this one on video....I progressed on this by first trying static holds and then adding some movement in. Videos:

Overall Impression:
Nothing special to report here....I was super excited for the ab work lol...
