Default No Energy

I'm new to lifting, but I've been working out with running and using the elliptical for awhile now. I've lost about 50 pounds in a little over a year...

My question is, how can I get more energy to work out by the end of the day? I am always so exhausted lately after work.

This week, I started taking in some protein powder in addition to my diet, and that helped a little.

Any other recommendations?
