Morning snack is a piece of fruit
Lunch is usually a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread (no condiments), salad with fat free italian dressing, piece of fruit
Midday snack is usually a piece of fruit or a granola bar
Dinner is usually something like baked chicken breast (3 or 4 oz), steamed broccoli or brussels sprouts (or a similar veggie), salad with fat free italian dressing
After-dinner snack is something sweet but low-fat
Sleeping patterns: Recently been going to bed around 10 or 11 PM...and waking up around 6:30 AM.
