You're not taking in many carbs. Carbs are your body's primary energy source. Your total calories look a little low also, but it might be ok if you're shooting for a caloric deficit. Have a carb/protein drink right after working out. Chocolate milk is a good choice. Having some protein before you run would be wise. Check out fitday.com
