Well what can i say? haven't trained for 7 years, lifted muscle mag and now following a workout that suits me to a tee.Very little thinking and planning just a good split routine that hits all bodyparts .Keeping in the 8-12 rep range, sticking to 4- 5 sets per excercise.So yes! 1 copy of musclemag and i have ben trainning steady for 2 weeks now.

plus a hell of a lot of tipsand advice of diet Great Magazine .
