I post on this forum seeking helpful advice. Seems like there are just assholes here. I post the exact same thing on another forum and people recommended various types creatine, NO, and amino acids, saying what each of the supplemets do. Eating a tub
of cottage cheese a day, chicken, eggs, and drinking lots of milk is more than enough for a 17 year old person. I have an incredibly slow metabolism so I already have to do enough cardio to stay skinny. I don't want to be some fat shapeless gym junkie which is exactly what I would become if I ate much more

definatey no useful help from this forum for what I requested. sure I would gain more weight by eating more. that makes perfect sense and I understand that. but to stay with 4% bodyfat, I can't.
