What fruit are you eating...? i ask cos fruit is converted into glucagon and stored in you liver rather than glycogen that is store in the muscle for fuel. You should be eating bananas (they also contain plenty of potassium - good for your muscles)
you diet is not bad you just need to eat more
i would have 2-3 bananas/30g whey/10g glutamine/3g creatine/ 300g caffine pre workout and a good post workout shake of whey/dextrose/glutamine/creatine. then about 1 hour after have a high carb and protein meal - i like to stick to chicken and rice a condiment of sorts.... before bed have a casein shake mixed with some malto (makes it easier to shake up or it turns into something sooo gloopy you cant get it down) have about 40g.
Dont forget your vits and drink 6-8 litres of water a day.
