Some quality volume for these guys. Have to get used to the feel of a front squat again, lol.

Bench
135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 175x3

Chinups
BWx5, +30x4, +30x4, BWx4

Cable Rows
140x8, 130x8, 130x8

Uni Press
45x6, 45x6, 45x6

I intended to do Uni Presses before Cable Rows but the machines were in high demand so I grabbed one when I could.
