If you're gaining lean mass while losing fat already then why are you looking to change? You want to "cut down" you say but it sounds like you already are doing that slowly (which is good).

You need to be more specific with what exactly your goals are.

Do you want to be more cut?

Do you want to gain muscle?

Do you want to be as strong as possible?

What is most important to you?
