at 180 pounds....i think 1500 cals is way too low. did you keep your protein intake really high?

cardio is good...but don't kill yourself....let your diet do the work too. keep the volume in the weight room lower and intensity a little higher. since you're on a caloric deficit you will probably tire out with too much work...and your body won't like that get plenty of water, and plenty of sleep.
