Question

I'm actually about 220lbs. Have 100lbs to lose to get back to 122. Gee, for protein I did various meats grilled or baked for dinner some times a boiled egg with my breakfast and toward the end I had a protein shake a day as a snack around midday. I honestly didn't think I was getting enough calories. Like I said I felt as though I was starving the majority of the time. I stayed light headed and nauseaous most of the time. They actually wanted me to cut a little more calories and do more cardio and I just had to say no because my body just could not take it. Seriously, my legs would feel like jello and I would lose my balance and almost fall of machines the way it was going.
I went from totally sedintary for several years to about an hour of cardio the 3-4 X a week in a pretty short amount of time. It was pretty overwhelming!! I want to get in shape, but I don't wanna kill myself doing it!!! Am I just being cautious??? Or being a total wimp??? I never was sure about that.....
At 122 lbs I would push myself pretty hard running 4 miles 4-6 X a week and doing various exercise vids, but at 222lbs it is hard to walk at fast pace for even a couple miles. Forget it when I was 280lbs. I could barely walk at that weight without gasping for air.
Should just I do like 5 min a week then 10 min a week and so on? I really have no idea at this point!
