Default 4 day mass bulding workout routine?

I'm currently running Rippetoe's 3X5 program and seeing results. My lifts are going higher and so is my strength. Overall, i'm satisfied.

However, I have an exam in 7 weeks time and I'm just about managing to fit my workout into my routine along with work and studies. I'd like to alter my workout routine in such a way that I can get more than 2 off days in a week so I can buy some time to study till the end of January '09.

Currently, I lift weights for 3 days and do cardio for 2 days.

Can anyone suggest something?
