Default question regarding that whole max protein digestion thing...

Alright all this bullshit I keep hearing and reading about that your body can only digest about 30g of protein per meal, I think its bullshit, but you guys who have a lot more experience with building muscle, what do you think? Should I try to spread out my protein more evenly or say FUCK THAT! and just keep shoving all the protein I can down my throat?
