neutral grip inverted row: 4 x 8
pistol box squats w/ 9" band around knees, 2 x 6
uni press: 40, 2 x 4
taking it easy on the lower body...almost got some patellar tendonitis i think...so took a tip from mike boyle with the 9" band...really getting my glute medius to control my femur. really sitting back and taking the pressure off the knees.
