so routine is ok, just don´t start withe triceps on monday. begin your workout wirh back or shoulder and do triceps at the end.
if you want to build up mass you schould not exaggerate your cardio training. in your case 2x/week is ok, but keep the intensity on a moderate level.
would also help to see the exercises you perform in the gym, would not be too bad, if you display´em
