It is more of a, if I need to cut body fat in the future, I will already have the info I need, kind of thing, and possibly anyone else who stumbles across the thread will too. I like to know everything I possibly can about every subject relevant to what I am interested in.
But yes, I have raised my bf % to within the range I wanted, and now I am trying to kind of trim some fat out of my diet and stay where I am at as far as that, but still gain muscle mass in the process.
Sooo hypothetically, would taking that protein shake before cardio give a better shot at cutting the fat without taking muscle with it? I know its not easy to cut without losing muscle in the process.
