Unfortunately this felt heavy... on the bright side my foot didn't hurt too bad. *Hoping for muscle memory* lol

Thoughts
Well my squats have dropped a bit but I hope they will come back fast. My bench seems to be doing well so I guess that is good. We'll see if I've lost weight on friday.
