i figured i'd just make a thread instead of continuing on in the chat section lol

but anyway, I just got my bottle today and so far it's been great. My only question is (since it's an ECA stack with 10mg ephedra extract) how many pills should i be taking a day/at a time? I know the label recommends one pill a day and i'm pretty sure that's because of the 10mg rule of ephedra. Just hoping someone has experience or advice on this. thanks
