Alright, I've changed up my diet a bit. What do you guys think?
Breakfast: 2 eggs and english muffin
Morning snack: Banana and 1oz almonds
Lunch: Tuna wrap and 1/2 cup carrots
Afternoon snack: 1 oz almonds
Dinner: Kidney Bean burrito on whole grain tortilla and vegetable
Evening snack: English muffin
