I've had a huge decrease in the amount of exercise that I'm getting because I recently graduated and now am working an 8-5 desk job. In the last couple weeks, though, I've started to do some cardio work and also a little weight lifting. I'm trying to ease into a more disciplined exercise routine.
I'm thinking that my diet began to consist of so many more carbs that my body was storing the fat. Starting last week, I adjusted my diet to include a lot more protein and not as many carbs. I'm hoping that will help.
Thanks for your guys' input. It's a lot easier to maintain a higher protein diet when you're eating meat, haha.
