Yes, over time I do feel sometimes too sore to evan lift. But what do you say when I should do dead-lifts/squats. On my upper body days I am breaking it up into certain parts I will be lifting. I do not have dumbells to do flat dumbells though, sorry.
I need to get some for my home, but school is coming back soon, so I am gonna hit after school to do some leg lifts/upper body lifts I don't have at home. Mainly alot of lifts with dumbells, lower body stuff, and lifts for my back.
