DE Bench Day
Pretty good day today, form was good used the yellow bands again. Ended up around 45-50kg for 9 sets .I used my normal grip a med grip and a slightly wider grip. Moved to incline dumbbells next, these were good I like em. Finished the workout with rolling tris and then barbell rows.
