Deadlift Day
Good day. I pulled sumo against 2 orange bands again, I ended up working up to my old PR single for 3 sets of 2.Nice. I moved to band GMs next, these are the devil. 3 sets with both blues and both orange bands.Everything was blown up after these. Finished with banded pulldown abs and a few rdls. Very pleased with this workout.
