The idea that there is a direct correlation, in terms of inches between lean body weight and arm size is nonsense. How in the world can you back up a statement like that?

Yes, you can't expect to have huge arms and a small body but you can't plug it into an equation. Where does this stuff come from? Besides...it's 16.347 pounds to 1 inch.
