you need a solid diet plan. Check out the ckd, search it online there are many resources. the biggest thing to do is ger a plan, and stick to it. decide your meals on sunday, and prep them for the week. If the low carb diet isnt for you, check out the clean bulk 101 sticky. You can adjust your caloric intake to a deficit and use that as a cutting diet.

as far as training goes, WM7 hit the nail on the head, moderate cardio, and a good training split, you cant forget to lift legs, quads are the single largest muscles in your body. the more muscle you have, the better your body will burn fat.
