Hi,
i'm 6foot2, 195lbs, 15-16 BF% and i've been training for several years. i'm training 4 days/week , on mondays,tuesdays,thrusdays and fridays muscularly and i try to do 15 minutes
of intense cardio 2-3 times/week. My goal is basicaly to cut some fat till im satisfied. here is my diet
7h: 3 eggs+ a 2cm thick slice of ham
10h: veggies and/or fruits
12h: normal meal + protein shake
13h: training
15h
rotein shake+ veggies
18h:normal meal
20h: fruits
normal meal= i usually try to eat relatively high protein and low fat meals but i do not always have this opportunity.
I was thinking about taking ECA stack to fasten the process of losing fat. what do you
think about my diet and/or training? and a friend of mine told me that i need to eat as little carbs as possible, what you think about that? if you got any others advices that might help me, feel free
