ME Squat Day

Did pin squats today,absolutely destroyed a PR.I hit 140 for a double, good going.Moved to sumo SLDL next for 2 sets and finished with flags.Good workout.

ME Squat Day 15/2/10

Pin Squat
1x1 115kg
1x1 125kg
1x2 140kg (PR)

Sumo SLDL
1x5 120kg
1x5 135kg

3x9,9,6 BW + 5kg
