trap bar deads: 220 x 5, 210 x 5
pushups: +45...15, 14
neutral inverted rows: +16, 3 x 6
slideboard leg curls: 13....10 w/ 3 second eccentric
side planks: +5....55, 50 sec.
had some issues with neck posture in the first pulls...i forgot my mental cues during my time off from deads
fixed in second set.
