DE Squat Day
Box squatted against blue bands, I will be using more band tension for a while, see how it affects me, just gotta get enough weight down to hold the fuckers down LOL.Good day did a mini workup at the end nothing crazy just feeling some weight.Did split squats next, I hate these they arte tools of the devil so painful.Will probably start doing them twice a week nothing destroys the legs faster for me.Finished with hypers and pulldown abs.
