well i´d rather recommend you to lose fat first and bulk then.
the reason is: as a natural athlethe you should keep your bodyfat all the time under control. so, if you bulk up now and then want to cut in say 6 months, you risk that you´ll lose a good amount of hard won muscle mass, simply because it is more easy for your body to take enery out of muscles than from fat. but if you cut down now and the build up muscles with as little fat as possible you will have made a better deal
