I agree with ALPHA XX

There is no reason to bulk up and put on weight when alot of it is fat.

It is not easy to cut and maintain the muscle you have worked so hard to get at the same time.

1. Get to a sport dietician. You will get sound scientific advice on the foods suitable for you and your metabolism and build.
2. Stick to the diet plan.
3. Follow a full body routine at least 3 times per week.
4. Enjoy the quick awesome growth you get in the first few weeks. Be motivated by it.
