Starting back into it, Need supplement ideas
Hey everyone. I was into lifting pretty hard for about 3 years. got up to 225 i was 6'0. Got into a accident and did not like for about 7 months and dropped down to 205 and defo notice a big body fat percentage change. I havent been keeping up with the latest supplements to use and was wondering if you guys have any ideas for a good mass builder/ fat burner. Ordered explode today so i just need ideas to add to my diets to help me get my body fat down and put the mass back on. Any input would be helpful and am willing to buy whatever you guys think.
