ME Squat Day
Hell Yeah, about time I hit a squat PR. Managed to hit 374lbs for a single, was ver smooth lift I am happy with it. I missed an attempt at 380 I think. Moved to GMs next for a few sets and finished with situps. And to think I was gonna only do a few GHRs and abs today LOL.

Situps
1x8 +5kg
2x8 +11.25kg
1x8 +12.5kg
Did 90 BW reps of split squats while I watched Tv as well!!
