Fat loss is fast, muscle gain is slow. You don't need to focus solely on one, then the other (ie. bulk, cut). 90% of people trying to focus only on cutting or bulking usually lose some musle mass during cutting, or put on fat during a bulk. Just clean up your diet like everyone else said, change your split to like the one Dr.X mentioned, and increase the cardio. I think the most effective time for cardio is upon awakening. Just a brisk walk or light jog 45 minutes worth before you go to work. Then when you come home, lift. Pretty simple. You can in fact put on muscle while loosing fat. It just takes longer but at least you don't sacrifice one thing for another.
