The only supplements I would recommend are:

- Multivitamin
- Flax Seed Oil
- Protein Powder
- Creatine
- Vitamin C

You really don't need to overdo it on the supplements man they are not magic. You need to watch your diet, train hard, and get enough rest. That's it.
