DE Squat Day

Last week of this blue band wave, kicked ass hit 6 or so doubles at 100kg then a couple at 110kg.Will restart a new wave with more band tension next week.Moved to GMs next hit some rep PRs there too.Finished off with bulgarians, fuck they hurt more than anything I have ever done to my legs.

DE Squat Day 26/3/10

Box Squat + Blue Band
6x2 100kg
2x2 110kg

GMs Wide
1x8 85kg Beltless
1x8 95kg Belted

Bulgarians
2x10 20kg

Good workout.Looking forward to more band tension next week.
