DE Bench Day
Worked up on the 3 board again to start with, I wanted 2x3 with 85kg + the bands but triples would have been a stretch today so I played it safe and hit 3 doubles.Moved to speedy bench and hit 4 sets but something in my elbow/bicep area hurt so I cut it short.Worked tris next and finished with some floor DB press and upperback stuff.
